Shipping Policy

Our shipping costs are calculated based on real-time rates from shipping carriers through Shopify. For domestic orders, we aim to process and ship your items within 3-6 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number.

Lost or Stolen Package

Min Jo Shop cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to have been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Min Jo Shop is also not responsible for orders that are delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccurate shipping information provided during the checkout process. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you receive a confirmation email with an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at minjoshop@gmail.com to make the necessary changes. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address
